Santa Anita Cos.: Profit for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $4 million, down 28% from a year ago. Revenue was $16.8 million, up 9.5%. For the year, profit totaled $15.6 million, down 7% from 1989, on revenue of $94.5 million, up 7%. The company said earnings were affected by new real estate projects, higher wages and a maintenance project. The Santa Anita Cos., based in Arcadia, owns the Santa Anita race track and a 50% interest in Santa Anita Fashion Park.
