CBS Official in Baghdad Seeks Release of News Crew

NEW YORK —
CBS Vice President Don Decesare has arrived in Baghdad in an effort to secure the release of the news crew, led by correspondent Bob Simon, who disappeared last month while traveling near Kuwait in northern Saudi Arabia.
In addition, CBS said that a three-member team, headed by Betsy Aaron, will report on the Persian Gulf War from Baghdad. Her husband, CBS correspondent Richard Threlkeld, covers the war from Saudi Arabia.
