Solving State’s Water Needs
With regard to the proposed surcharge by the Department of Water and Power because its revenues will decline due to the conservation measures being implemented, I say forget that. DWP officials should learn to live within their means, just as we must. I guess they will have to implement some cost-cutting measures.
