More Murders for Angela: Angela Lansbury said Monday that she expects to go into her eighth season as Jessica Fletcher on “Murder, She Wrote,” although the final deal is still to be signed between CBS and Universal Studios. “I hate to walk away from something that is such a pure success,” she said after reports surfaced that she had changed her mind about giving up the series. She also talked about the show being “revitalized . . . to keep up my interest. I’d like the stories to have Jessica in more fun but threatening situations, and also have her travel more and get into new venues. She needs to get out and about a bit.”
