Chemed to Sell DuBois Unit: Chemed Corp. announced an agreement to sell its DuBois Chemicals Inc. subsidiary to Molson Cos. of Canada for $243 million. DuBois, which makes and sells institutional and industrial maintenance and cleaning chemical products, had sales last year of $275 million in the United States and more than 30 foreign countries, Chemed said.
