Woman Killed in Leap Onto I-405, Police Say
FOUNTAIN VALLEY —
A 57-year-old woman was killed Thursday when she jumped off an overpass onto the San Diego Freeway, police said.
Loveta Moore of Fountain Valley was struck by a car after apparently leaping off the Talbert Avenue overpass onto the northbound San Diego Freeway shortly after 3 p.m., Police Sgt. Keith Levin said. She was dead on arrival at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center.
