Share

Senators are racing to HEAP HONORS ON GEN. H. NORMAN SCHWARZKOPF, commander of U.S. forces in the Gulf. Sen. Trent Lott (R-Miss.) introduced a bill to strike a gold congressional medal in Schwarzkopf’s honor. Sen. Joseph I. Lieberman (D-Conn.) proposed that the general speak to a joint session of Congress.
