Chocolate Jell-O Puddings Recalled: General Foods USA recalled chocolate Jell-O in Western states after finding metal fragments in “a limited number” of packages. The recall covers packs of sugar-sweetened Jell-O Cook ‘n Serve Pudding and Pie Filling and Jell-O Instant Pudding and Pie Filling. The fragments were caused by a defective machine part on a production line.
