A TOUGH 19TH HOLE: State legislators earn money in many ways. Just ask Assemblyman Nolan Frizzelle. On the statement of income he files with the state, the Huntington Beach Republican listed $20,000 in prize money for making a hole in one during a June tournament at Mile Square Golf Course in Fountain Valley. “I’ll remember it vividly as long as I live,” said Frizzelle. . . . The assemblyman will remember what the money went for, too. Two hospital stays for a kidney problem took “the lion’s share.”
