Tokos Medical Corp.: The Santa Ana-based provider of specialized home health-care services reported a net loss of $2.7 million in the year ended Dec. 31, contrasted with a $1-million net loss for 1989. Annual revenues were $75.4 million, up 20.4% from $62.6 million in 1989. The company said results were hurt by one-time charges of $1.4 million to cover bad debts and $1.9 million for expenses relating to a merger. For the fourth quarter, Tokos reported a net loss of $972,000 compared to a $734,000 net loss for the period in 1989. Revenue for the quarter was $21.5 million, compared to $16.2 million last year.
