Coca-Cola Co., Atlanta, has named two longtime executives to head its foods division and a new joint venture with Nestle. Harry E. Teasley Jr., 54, former president of Coca-Cola Foods, was appointed president and chief executive of Coca-Cola Nestle Refreshments Co., which will manufacture and market concentrates and beverage bases for ready-to-drink coffee, tea and chocolate drinks. Timothy J. Haas, 44, senior vice president of the Houston-based foods division, succeeds Teasley.
