Two culinary arts students caught riding in a stolen car have been ordered to bake Easter goodies for residents of a nursing home.

District Judge Nancy Dusek-Gomez continued charges against Tawana L. Jones, 17, and Aneta Bailey, 18, without a finding Tuesday on condition that they stay in school and do some baking for patients at Springfield Municipal Hospital.

The pair, who are culinary arts students at Putnam Vocational High School, were arrested Feb. 10 when riding in the back seat of a stolen car.
