Iacocca May Sell Part of Chrysler Holdings: Chrysler Corp. Chairman Lee A. Iacocca said he may sell as many as 315,000 of his shares of the auto maker’s common stock, more than three-quarters of his holdings. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which requires corporate insiders to disclose major changes in their holdings, Iacocca disclosed that he controls 408,840 Chrysler shares. Shares in Chrysler Corp. closed Monday at 14 1/4. At that price Iacocca’s holdings would be worth almost $5.83 million, and the 315,000 shares earmarked for possible sale would be worth almost $4.49 million.
