Richard L. Roll has been named group vice president for the Santa Ana-based Western region of the U.S. Information Systems marketing and service organization of Unisys Corp., Blue Bell, Pa. He was most recently vice president, Western region, for the financial systems division of the U.S. Information Systems unit.
