Iraq Says Repairs Are Under Way at Shrines

NICOSIA, Cyprus —
Iraq’s minister of religious affairs said Wednesday that his agency is repairing three of Shiite Islam’s holiest shrines that were damaged in Iraqi civil violence.
The stunning golden-domed mosques in the two cities were damaged by shells and bullets last month.
