R. G. Reynolds Pleads Not Guilty: Popular talk show host and financial adviser Richard (R. G.) Reynolds pleaded not guilty to 60 counts of mail fraud and two counts of obstruction of justice in federal court in Los Angeles. Reynolds, 44, who was arrested last week and remains in custody, produces a syndicated financial radio talk show, a cable-television show and a monthly financial newsletter. He has been charged with bilking hundreds of investors out of nearly $3 million, which he allegedly used for business and personal expenses. No date has been set for a trial.
