Four suspects in the violent holdup of a Boyle Heights bingo game in Los Angeles last year--including three gang members--have been arrested on charges of armed robbery, police said Thursday.

Detective Frank Garcia said information developed by gang officers led to the arrest of Leo Cienfuegos and his wife, Cynthia Herrera; Gilbert Duran, 23, and a 16-year-old juvenile whose identity was withheld. Three masked bandits, one armed with a semiautomatic rifle, burst into a crowded bingo game at Salesian High School on June 13, shot and wounded three people and escaped with an estimated $1,500.

Duran was named as the suspected gunman and charged with armed robbery, attempted murder and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon. Herrera was accused of drawing a map of the bingo hall before the robbery, according to Garcia.
