News for Kids: Journalist Linda Ellerbee and her Lucky Duck Productions company are going to develop and produce news shows for youngsters, to be seen on Nickelodeon cable. The deal, announced Wednesday, calls for three half-hour news specials to air one a month starting in September, 16 news vignettes to run in July and August and consulting on a weekly half-hour news magazine for kids starting early next year.
