The first weekend of baseball’s regular season will share the weekend sports spotlight with hockey’s Stanley Cup playoffs and the final two rounds of The Masters golf tournament.

Only San Diego viewers will be able to see the final two games of the Padres-Dodgers series from Dodger Stadium. KUSI Channel 51 will carry tonight’s game at 7 p.m. and Sunday’s at 1 p.m. KTLA Channel 5 will air the Angels and Minnesota Twins at 5 p.m. today and 11 a.m. Sunday.

Hockey: The Kings return to Canada for Game 6 of their tougher than expected Smythe Division semifinal against the Vancouver Canucks Sunday, with Prime Ticket’s live telecast beginning at 7 p.m. SportsChannel will air a replay at 10:30 p.m.

Other Sports: The final two rounds of the Masters airs at 12:30 p.m. today and 1 p.m. Sunday on Channels 2 and 8. NBC (Channels 4, 36 and 39) expands its NBA coverage to Saturday with a Lakers-Portland Trail Blazers game at 12:30 p.m. today. A Sunday double-header pits the New York Knicks against the Boston Celtics at 10 a.m. and San Antonio Spurs against the Phoenix Suns at 12:30 p.m.

Mark Spitz swims in competition for the first time since winning seven gold medals in the 1972 Summer Olympics when he faces 50-meter freestyle world record holder Tom Jager in a 50-meter butterfly race on “Wide World of Sports,” at 4:30 p.m. today on Channels 7, 10 and 42; 3:30 p.m. on Channel 10.
