AT&T;, NCR Extend Truce: American Telephone & Telegraph Co., which is battling for control of NCR Corp., said the two companies had agreed to extend until Friday a delay in all legal proceedings against each other. The disclosure came in an updated filing AT&T; made with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
