Three men brandishing shotguns and a handgun took over a Thousand Oaks savings and loan Friday morning, ordering about eight people to stand still while they cleared out the tellers’ cash drawers, officials said.

The men entered Home Savings of America at 248 Hampshire Road about 9:45 a.m. They fled in a car with an unknown amount of cash less than five minutes later, said Larry Dick, an investigator with the FBI’s Ventura office.

The gunmen, all wearing ski masks, ordered the six tellers to remain at their windows and told at least two customers not to move from their places in line, Dick said.
