Hiroshi Tohyama and Takao Hiratsuka have been appointed vice presidents of corporate planning for Mitsubishi Motor Sales of America Inc., Cypress. Tohyama will supervise sales, import and distribution planning, product planning, and the marketing, human resources and legal departments.
