USC’s Ronnie Coleman scored 17 points, but his West all-star team was beaten by the Midwest, 99-90, in the Japan Classic at Tokyo. Isaac Austin of Arizona State and Walter Watts of Utah scored 16 points for the Midwest.
In an earlier game, Coleman scored 30 points to lead the West over the South, 105-101.
The tournament concludes today.
