Sugar Ray Leonard has dropped out of a group of investors trying to bring major league baseball back to Washington, D.C. The Washington Post reported that Leonard’s attorney, Mike Trainer, confirmed the boxer’s withdrawal, but said it was not related to Leonard’s recent disclosure that he abused drug and alcohol several years ago.
