B of A’s Decision Is a Slap at Californians

Share

Bank of America’s decision to move its Pasadena credit card center to Phoenix. “B of A to Move Card Center, 1,300 Jobs Out of Pasadena” (April 5), is callous, unconscionable and displays a total disrespect for California and all of the old-time customers who have been so faithful to this concern.

California has been very good to Bank of America for many years. The bank was born here and thrived here. The founders are probably turning over in their graves.

My family have been customers for more than 50 years, and we always felt comfortable doing business with this institution. But this kind of decision gives a person second thoughts.
