All the Rage: When “A Rage in Harlem” (starring Gregory Hines, Forest Whitaker and Robin Givens) premiered at Harlem’s Apollo Theatre Monday night, Zachary Hines, 8, was asked how his father was in the film. Replied Zachary: “He’s great.” Things were not so great earlier that day when Givens walked out of an interview with Bryant Gumbel on “Today.” She got miffed and left when he brought up the messy tabloid coverage of her marriage to now ex-husband Mike Tyson. “Rage” has its West Coast premiere tonight at the Crossroads Theatre.
