This week’s feature: Richard Bourassa, who fatally shot a schoolmate in his Anaheim Hills home last year. . . . Nearly four years earlier, Bourassa, then 13, shot another pal to death in his home in what he said was an accident. No charges were filed then; now he faces a murder trial in Santa Ana for the second shooting.
