Plaintive Paula: Paula Abdul is finding that stardom has its downside. In an interview with USA Weekend, Abdul notes that her social life has been crippled by her busy schedule. She says that she hasn’t seen Arsenio Hall in months and that a relationship with John Stamos of “Full House” has dwindled to the “good friends” stage. “I often think . . . , ‘When am I going to have time for this, to settle down and have a family?’ I love kids. I really want that, but when it’s right, it’ll happen. I know that.”
