S&P; Boosts BankAmerica Ratings: Standard & Poor’s raised the debt ratings for several of the San Francisco bank holding company’s subsidiaries and reaffirmed the parent company’s rating. The ratings affect about $4 billion in debt and $795 million in preferred stock.
