Soccer Fans Are Tired of Being Kicked Around

A group of friends and I went to the Uruguay-Mexico soccer match in the Coliseum (May 7). We were appalled at the cost of $17 for general admission (and $4 beers).

For a sport that needs to attract the less affluent section to succeed, this seems mindless and arrogant. Soccer leaders need to take lessons from the Dodgers and Hollywood Park.
