David Blankenhorn has been appointed senior vice president and corporate banking manager of Commercial Center Bank, Santa Ana. He will be responsible for the bank’s corporate and real estate lending offices and the mortgage banking division. Before joining the bank, Blankenhorn was president of American Interstate Bank in Newport Beach. He has also served as chief executive of Commerce Bank, Orange County regional vice president for City National Bank, corporate banking manager for California First Bank and spent nine years with Security Pacific National Bank.
