Maker of Workstations to Offer Common Stock

International Remote Imaging Systems Inc., a Chatsworth maker of computer workstations for urinalysis, said it will offer up to 2 million shares of common stock to its shareholders of record as of May 10 at a price of 30 cents a share.

The offering is set to expire June 25 but may be extended by the company. An additional 2 million shares may be sold if the offering is oversubscribed, the company said.
