NURSES OF THE ‘90s: McGaw Inc., an Irvine medical technology firm, has produced a nine-minute video that doesn’t boost its technology but instead pays homage to those who use it--nurses. The documentary depicts the trials, tribulations, technical expertise and compassion of nurses at work. . . . The video made its debut last week before 10,000 members of the American Assn. of Critical Care Nurses at the close of their national conference in Boston. “People loved it,” said a spokesman for the association, which is based in Aliso Viejo.
