Snipes and Race

In your May 19 profile of Wesley Snipes, “Yeah, It’s Sweet. . . ,” by Hilary De Vries, race was more of a topic than Snipes’ acting ability.

But this is cool. This is status quo. In America--if you’re black--your profession is always incidental (unless, of course, you’re an athlete).

By contrast, the Bruce Willis interview was totally different. He talked about his work.
