Raymond Schuler has joined the law firm of Cooley Godward Castro Huddleson & Tatum as special counsel. He is responsible for managing the business practice of the firm in the Newport Beach office. Schuler previously practiced with two Orange County firms and, before that, was in-house general counsel for Smith International Inc., IHOP Corp. and ICN Pharmaceuticals.
