Police arrested a man Wednesday who they believe may have shot and killed a Huntington Beach resident last weekend during a street robbery, officials said.
Rufus James, 23, was arrested in connection with the murder of David Mark Brockmole, 35, whose body was found Saturday in the 4000 block of Chamoune Ave. in East San Diego, Sgt. Michael Gibbs said.
James will be charged with murder, Gibbs said. Another suspect also is being sought.
