Beverly Hills : Office Vacancy Rate Rises

A recent survey by the city showed that the vacancy rate for apartments in Beverly Hills increased to 3.5% from 2.65% when the city did its last survey in October, 1990.

The April study found nearly 300 vacant apartment units out of the 8,200 rentals in Beverly Hills. According to the city’s rent office, the number of apartment units in Beverly Hills decreased by 71 since October because of demolition and condominium conversions.
