‘Davis Rules’ Again: “Davis Rules,” left off ABC’s fall schedule despite finishing as the 30th highest-rated series last season, will return to the air as a mid-season series, the network said. Michael Leeson, an Emmy Award-winning writer/producer with “The Cosby Show,” has been hired to take over as executive producer of the comedy. “Davis Rules” stars Randy Quaid as an elementary school principal.
