Trial of FundAmerica Founder Put Off to September: The criminal trial of FundAmerica founder Robert T. Edwards, slated to begin June 10 in Orlando, Fla., was re-scheduled Monday to Sept. 3. Florida prosecutors said the delay was caused by a conflict in the judge’s schedule. Edwards is accused of running the Irvine discount-marketing firm as a massive pyramid scheme. He has denied the charges.
