With National Basketball Assn. playoffs disrupting its normally strong Tuesday and Thursday night schedules, NBC failed to place a show in the Top 10 and fell to third place in the prime-time ratings last week. Figures released Tuesday by the A. C. Nielsen Co. gave ABC three of the four top-rated programs but placed CBS first among the networks by average rating. Not that that was something to crow about: The three networks combined to attract only 53% of the prime-time audience. The full list of ratings is on F12.

* Twenty years after its debut, “All in the Family” was back in the Top 10 last week. Lear’s new show, “Sunday Dinner,” ranked 20th with about 10.6 million homes.
