ORBITAL INTERFERENCE

In research for a book I am writing, I would like to hear from anyone at any level in the aerospace field who, in their company’s efforts to build or launch orbital vehicles or suggest alternatives to the Space Shuttle, has encountered subtle or blatant interference from NASA, FAA, ICC or the departments of Defense, Transportation and/or State.
