Body of Diver Found; Disappeared in Drill

NEW YORK —
Searchers on Wednesday discovered the body of a police scuba diver who disappeared during a drill in New York Harbor.
Kenneth Hansen, 26, disappeared Tuesday after jumping into the water from a police boat. Hansen was not wearing a life preserver, scuba equipment or a rope, police said.
