Richard C. Thomson; Retired President of Gousha Co.
Richard C. Thomson, 62, president of the H.M. Gousha Co., a San Jose-based subsidiary of Times Mirror Co., for 11 years. Thomson joined Gousha in 1968 as controller and treasurer and was named vice president and controller in 1971 and vice president for operations in 1972. He achieved the presidency in 1975 and remained until the company was sold in 1986. He had retired at that time to Hayden Lake, Ida. On June 8 in Hayden Lake, of a gunshot wound.
