Ventura Company Changes Name to Hudson’s Grill

American Restaurants Corp. in Ventura changed its name to Hudson’s Grill of America Inc. after getting approval for the change from its stockholders.

The new name reflects the company’s focus on its 15 Hudson’s Grill restaurants and three specialty restaurants. Hudson’s Grill of America formerly operated several Wendy’s fast-food outlets, but sold them in April.
