Robert O. Ruff has joined the Bank of Anaheim as vice president of community association and management services. He will represent the bank to homeowner associations and to com- munity association management. Previously, Ruff worked for Biddle Development Inc. and was president of Management Service Co. and Equitable Management and Consulting Corp., two Orange County management firms.
