Adobe Systems: The Mountain View, Calif.-based software maker said second-quarter earnings soared 68% from a year ago to $13.3 million on revenue of $57.1 million, a 61% increase. The company cited continued strength in its systems and applications businesses, new licensing agreements with Lotus and Tektronix to use Adobe products, and new product initiatives.
