More lawyer bashing with your editorial “Too Many Lawyers, Too Few Results” (June 9)? Yes, there are bad lawyers, just as there are inane reporters. There are good lawyers helping society every day, just as there are good reporters informing the public daily.

This constant pandering to those readers who have had a bad experience with a lawyer insults the vast numbers of the public who have been helped by lawyers when they are fired without cause, injured by dangerous products or unable to remain with an abusive spouse.

The next time a reporter is sexually harassed or fired let them have another reporter represent in a court of law.
