Non-Voter Should Take Responsibility

Bob Shannon stated in his letter that he did not bother voting for Julie Korenstein in the recent runoff election for City Council because of his disillusionment over Proposition 103 and the death penalty being disputed in court.
This is a good example of cutting off your nose to spite your face. He blames the lawmakers but should take responsibility for his own inaction. Now he can suffer the consequences along with the rest of us who worked very hard to change things for the better, at least in the 12th District.
