A woman testified that former University of Cincinnati basketball player Louis Banks raped her and stopped only after she reminded him that he wasn’t using a condom.
The woman, a criminal justice major, had taken a course on surviving sexual assault. The woman said she was able to persuade him to stop after offering to get a condom from her purse.
