Greenpeace Blockades Freighter in Spanish Port

BILBAO, Spain —
The environmental group Greenpeace said Tuesday it is blockading a freighter in the port of Bilbao to stop it from unloading a cargo of toxic steel dust from German and Swedish factories.
The Antigua-registered freighter Baltica sailed last week with 1,500 tons of steel dust contaminated with the poison dioxin from pollution control devices for recycling in Bilbao, Greenpeace said.
